• Replacement of Worn Cables: We replace all porous wires with high-quality, temperature-resistant cables.
• Function Test on Test Bench: Your throttle body undergoes a comprehensive test run on our special test bench. We test the interaction of all components, including potentiometers, actuator motor, contact switches, magnetic clutch, under realistic conditions.

All work is carried out personally in our own specialized workshop in Germany.

For us to restore your throttle body, it must be sent in. Please note that there are other interfering factors that can affect idling (engine wiring harness, dirty intake manifold, incorrect spark plugs, vacuum leaks, sensor problems, etc.).

* Since the repair requires all work such as cleaning, cable renewal, etc., these expenses are incurred even if the throttle valve cannot be restored in the end. Unfortunately, this only becomes apparent after the aforementioned work. In this case, we only charge the costs for the work carried out, amounting to €249.
